I need to point out that I'm putting my wording as bleak as money statistics. I've got a big heart but if you get offended by the wording it's because of ability of humility(humble-take-amount), so please enjoy the content, without "fluffing your feathers".
Optimalising time means that you aren't wasting your life. Life isn't about time, it's the depth, maybe you've heard that from a "quote".
It's not just "conscious, benevolent, awareness", for, for example, "give up smoking" for it's longetivity benefit. It's the churning (potentially accidental) greed all people seem to be stuck on. To have none is to be like a monk! I mean, the self-discipline required to be fully optimal, at this stage, if you take it from the highest top view, appears impossible, requiring the biggest brain.
Why is nobody perfect?
> It's not a goal, it's having (to it's finest thinnest) optimalisation, as a human being, you can never do more than your best to the top, that's flat numbericals, and your humblest answer.
Why are humans addicted? Can it be down to a control of "I want"? The heart's desire even metaphysically researched sure is a powerful thing. Maybe I can tell you *self* control isn't just having enough *awareness* for [on]/[off] switches of any thing. Even food (fasting/breathtarianism for fun or health trial). It's down to CHOICE. If you think there's one jolly path in life you will run, like a golden carrot is stringtied infront of a running machine, that could exactly mirror the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, please face now, this Does Not Exist.
What is the magical nonaddictive option way then? > Have sensible 'draw from a box tabs' to choose from.
Think out what you do a little more. Instead of working and thinking and aiming on the pizza infront of the TV after the work, think out sensibly! There's more options. Take the bus rather than a cab, put the savings of the takeaway as well as transport fee, into your investments tin at home, and have a delicious £1.50 organic couscous salad from the normal supermarket, at the kitchen table. Eat slowly *tasting your food properly on the tounge*, and try this 'varied diet no TV' for one week and see if you like it...
If you're at the top where expenses don't have any care and you limozene to and from work, my plea is to research environmental damage, costs of earning, don't waste on what isn't "friendly" because you contribute to this planet on the same level as anyone when you waste or preserve it... Understanding this opens the heart, I'm not overstepping but giving only real information! I urge your business to be as eco-uncostly as possible, the human race are on-result-end for [alarm clock]: wiping out 40% of this Earth's species in under 50 years. That's no achievement, it is drasticly unsustainable and horrifying, and most maturely intended, money can't be spent unwisely - isn't that just mindless and irresponsible..?
Back to 'curing addiction':
Do not have any tendancy to be attached or fixated to:
- Mobile games + because if we are in the matrix, this creates another reality portal, and that's really narrow to focus on.
- Overeating of food + tip: use smaller plates, cook less. Only aim to realisticly purchase edible realistic amount, any more is like overstocking! A shop floor/market disaster. And please do try a "14 day vegan challenge", it makes you look at every label, become aware and open minded to the vegan sections in the supermarket, and, some claim to have lost a load of weight and gained muscle gain over it, maybe it will work out for you?
- Media, TV + Some people even threw out their TV to save money on licence. Turn it off at the switch and don't use the mind stimulating junk. Meditation and mindfulness is a much better way to 'inspire/light up the light bulb' of your next big thing/pitch.
- Alcohol + Tesla said it was bad, and I personally never have it. If you want to have something mouthwateringly delicious and keep your head screwed on front and 'sane' all the time (why is it called intoxication?) the better thing to do would be to have juices, milkshakes, and other interesting drinks available, when you're really hoping for something more delicious than water. I also advice never drink tea/coffee unless it's medicinal-herbal-Chinese-tea. 茶。
And after saying the "no-nos", what are THE CHOICES AND OPTIONS to (not spend, to) 'biz life well':
- Learn "how to" everything. Try something new every day. I can knit, a little... It's personal CV build.
- Hobbies! Reading, quick maths, lego building, painting expressively with that set in the back you never used.
- Regular exercise, in China the elderly watch then perform tai chi at 8am every morning even in winter cold, my toes were frozen joining in with them, and it was so interesting to see.
- Recreational activities, these are the best hobbies, swimming, dance classes, gymnastics, they are normally suitable for most ages (GMB fitness shows gymnastics for older males, infact, males are better at ice skating than girls and perform bigger skatingtricks because they are stronger). This only aims to build fitness skills, aimed at wellbeing, and functioning body - You?
Now, how do I not 'waste life'? I'll be sure to type up some more on "purpose" (of life, self, and the world) which I find very important and needs to be mindmapped, that brings individuals enlightenment!
The above gives suggestions. Find something 'interesting' and 'different' to go out and experience. You might have to travel to go to say, a climbing facility, or a natural mineral convention, but that's just a requirement for it's enactment.
The final thing to add (before you please look up the things, events, facilities, services in your local area) is *please look after yourself*. Like I said above, meditate and be nutritious. The Chinese say white bread is better because the poor eat brown, this is contradicted by, you are not anyone else but your-self, "your own success", as a decision that is, to logicly eat the wholegrain brown grains.
If you still distasted that advice, ensuring lots of interactive fun with your family, the children, and parent time, creates healthy inner relationships, don't let the leaves on your family tree wither, instead assist their thriving summers.
At this point, would you like to save the post to refer back to...?
Best wishes,

Although I'm more concerned about 'fitness goals' than 'health checkups', unless you feel out of shape and at the point of wanting medical concern.
